CASTINGS FOR AEROSPACE
We leverage extensive in-house expertise to identify and mitigate casting challenges early. Our relationships and acumen enable us to consider different technical solutions to meet customer requirements for time, cost and quality.
We know what we do well. Our team will quickly and honestly evaluate the compatibility of our capabilities with your need. Since we're smaller than our competitors, our idea of low-volume differs from theirs. And our production lead times remain the shortest in the industry.
Our dedicated equipment removes core material from even the most difficult internal configurations in a fraction of the time compared to traditional methods.
We started with little: a neglected foundry with lapsed OEM approvals and a few dedicated long-tenured employees. Through determined effort, continual improvement and a steadfast commitment to investing in the best business tools and equipment available, we've grown revenue in every year of our existence. In 2023 we will integrate a 20K SF expansion housing new state-of-the-art VIM and Preheat furnaces, with further upgrades and automation in the works. We serve the Aerospace sector exclusively via lost-wax investment casting and specialize in Nickel and Cobalt Superalloys, both vacuum and air melt chemistries, as commonly specified for use in gas turbine engines and APUs.
